This is the Automatic CCD Screen Printing Machine
Application
Automatic CCD Image Registration Screen Printing Machine to meet highest demands, with CCD-camera system and movable print table to produce high-quality prints on flat materials such as EL-foils, LGP panels, BEF-films, touch screens, membrane switches, flexible printed circuits, and much more.
Operation Mode
1. The material is loaded manually onactivity platform and transferred onto print table in home position.
2. After detection by the CCD camera the material is positioned with the highest precision.
3. The print table moves into the print station, then the print process starts automatically.
4. The print table moves back to home position.
5. The material is then taken off print table automatically by manipulator
Main Feature
1. Full automatic system, with auto loading and unloading device for improving production yield rate.
2. PLC programming, touching screen, simple to operate, easy to use.
3. LED Control panel is available for any position by rotating the hunger, easy to operate.
4. CCD auto-alignment systemensure accurate printing, the aligning accuracy within +0.01mm, to provide excellent function.
5. Top servo motorsdrive printing fast and smooth, stable and quiet.
6. Multi-valued image processing
7. Machine componentstop configuration
8. Anti-static bar and anti-dust rollers is optional.
9. Fault self detection system with emergency switch and safety protection, and alarm light, etc.
